The quality gate: the deterministic floor standardised through templates, plus the evaluation gate action that judges agent-assisted changes against the solution brief. The golden deployment path: merge lands as a running service on Azure Kubernetes Service with infrastructure from the template, never authored by the Raptor. The telemetry pipe into the existing OpenTelemetry and Grafana stack with cost computed at ingestion. The marketplace publication step listing every finished agent with value, cost and trust. Portability verified on a second estate assistant.
