Lead Consultant(Development) (IN)

• Minimum 10+ years SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience.

• Self-driven professional

• Strong expertise in:

• SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder).

• Employee and organizational replication.

• Integration troubleshooting and monitoring.

• Data mapping and transformation.

• Foundation object and HR master data structures.

• Must have strong proven experience in data replication of complex HR scenarios

• Experience working with:

• EC Payroll.

• SAP HCM.

• SAP S/4HANA.

• CPI integrations preferable

• Ability to analyze replication failures and resolve data synchronization issues.
