Lead Consultant(Development)

Job Summary

Core Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Logistics Execution or Warehouse Management solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP Logistics Execution or Warehouse Management in SAP ECC.
• Provide guidance on Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management best practices.
• Configure SAP-to-SAP and SAP-to-third-party warehouse tool interfaces.
• Understand stakeholder business needs and develop process improvements.
• Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with ITMS, change management, and relevant standards.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance to maintain system integrity and performance.

Project and Consulting Duties

• Lead or participate in project teams delivering client solutions within defined time and quality parameters.
• Design and develop tools or customize existing tools to meet client requirements.
• Lead technical design across modules, databases, interfaces, and integrations.
• Prepare capability presentations, assessments, and proposals.
• Create project plans, allocate resources, and coordinate activities among team members and stakeholders.
• Support the professional growth of consulting team members through training and mentorship.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP Logistics Execution or Warehouse Management.
• Experience implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP Logistics Execution or Warehouse Management solutions.
• Experience configuring SAP ECC based on business requirements.
• Experience configuring SAP-to-SAP or SAP-to-third-party warehouse tool interfaces.
• Ability to lead technical design and align configurations, databases, interfaces, and integrations with business requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional project teams.
• Ability to provide training, mentoring, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
