Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise offshore mechanical construction activities in accordance with project specifications, HSE requirements, and quality standards
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and offshore teams to ensure efficient project execution
- Manage contractors and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Review construction procedures, method statements, work packs, and mechanical completion documentation
- Monitor construction progress, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions where required
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and offshore regulations
- Support pre commissioning, commissioning, and project handover activities
- Prepare construction reports and provide regular progress updates to project management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 15 to 18+ years of experience in Oil & Gas Construction
- At least 5 years in a lead role
- Minimum 5+ years of offshore experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of offshore process and utility systems
- Familiarity with international standards
- PMC and EPC Offshore projects experience preferred
- Previous experience in ADNOC projects in similar role would be an added advantage

Job Overview
