- Lead and supervise construction activities for oil & gas projects
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and project standards
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, and site teams
- Monitor construction progress, schedules, and budgets
- Resolve technical and construction issues at site
- Review and approve construction plans, methods, and work packages
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications
- Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders
- Support project completion, testing, commissioning, and handover
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 15 to 18+ years of experience in Oil & Gas Construction
- At least 5 years in a lead role
- Minimum 5+ years of offshore experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of offshore process and utility systems
- Familiarity with international standards
- PMC and EPC experience preferred
- Previous experience in ADNOC projects in similar role would be an added advantage

Job Overview
- Penspen is urgently looking to hire Lead Construction Engineer to oversee construction activities for oil & gas projects.

Qualifications and Experience Required

- Strong knowledge of offshore process and utility systems.
- Familiarity with international standards.
- PMC and EPC experience will be preferred.
- Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage.
