Role Overview
- The Lead Cleaner is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout the restaurant's front and back of house areas.
- This role supervises the dishwashing and housekeeping teams, ensuring all cleaning schedules, sanitation procedures, and health and safety standards are consistently followed.
- The Lead Cleaner plays a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment that supports exceptional guest experiences and complies with all Dubai Municipality food safety regulations.
