Role Description
The ideal candidate is someone with telecom knowledge, intuitive thinking, and managerial talents that inspire others.
This is a full-time hybrid role with a minimum of three days in the office.
The Lead Civil Engineer will be responsible for the designing and review of new site builds while collaborating and leading other engineers and designers.
Responsibilities
- Design of telecom sites from conception to construction, including layout from scratch, antenna mount design & site plan approval
- Development and review of construction drawings, specifications, and detailing for new and existing cell sites
- Perform site inspections and condition assessments on existing sites and prepare reports
- Lead and train Jr Engineers and CAD designers
