Job Description
**Bridgezon Services** is looking for a visionary **Lead Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst** to join our forward-thinking team in the heart of **Msheireb, Doha**.
As we operate in one of the world's first fully sustainable smart city districts, we require a leader who can turn massive datasets into the strategic fuel that drives our business forward.
In this role, you won't just be "reporting" data; you will be architecting the way Bridgezon Services understands its operations, market position, and growth potential.
You will lead a team of analysts to build robust data pipelines and executive-level dashboards that provide real-time clarity in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- **BI Strategy & Roadmap:** Own the end-to-end BI lifecycle, from data ingestion and warehousing to front-end visualization and insight delivery.
- **Team Leadership:** Mentor and manage a team of data analysts, ensuring high standards of data integrity, visualization aesthetics, and analytical rigor.
- **Executive Dashboards:** Design and maintain sophisticated Power BI or Tableau dashboards for the C-suite, translating KPIs into clear, actionable visual stories.
- **Predictive Insights:** Move beyond descriptive analytics to implement diagnostic and predictive models that identify market trends and operational risks.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with Finance, Operations, and Marketing to align data initiatives with the company’s strategic goals.
- **Data Governance:** Establish and enforce data quality standards and documentation protocols across the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
- **Experience:** 8+ years in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
- **Technical Mastery:** Expert proficiency in **SQL** and advanced experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker). Proficiency in **Python or R** for data manipulation is highly preferred.
- **Analytical Mindset:** Strong ability to synthesize complex data into simple, high-impact business recommendations.
- **Location:** Based in **Msheireb, Doha**—must be comfortable working in a high-tech, smart-city environment.
