Job Overview
Sofuh-IQ Tech is seeking a highly analytical and innovative **Lead Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst** to drive data-driven decision-making and business insights.
This role is ideal for a professional with expertise in business intelligence tools, data analysis, and reporting strategies.
The Lead BI Analyst will oversee analytics initiatives, develop reporting frameworks, and provide strategic insights that support business growth and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage business intelligence strategies, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
- Design and maintain data visualization tools and performance reports.
- Support forecasting, KPI tracking, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reporting consistency.
- Lead BI projects and mentor analytics team members.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or analytics leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of BI tools, SQL, data visualization, and reporting platforms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
