Lead Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Salary: QAR 30,000 per month

Kawsus Digital Systems is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Lead Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our growing technology team in Doha, Qatar.

The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming complex business data into actionable insights that support strategic planning, operational efficiency, and business growth across the organization.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing business intelligence dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions, analyzing large datasets to identify trends and performance metrics, and providing data-driven recommendations to senior management.

The Lead BI Analyst will oversee data reporting processes, ensure data accuracy and integrity, and support decision-making through advanced analytics and performance monitoring.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements, optimize data models, and implement scalable BI solutions using modern analytics technologies.

The successful candidate will mentor junior analysts, contribute to data governance initiatives, and support the company’s digital transformation and business intelligence strategies.

Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or a related field, with proven experience in BI analysis and data reporting roles.

Strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, data warehousing, and analytics tools is highly preferred.

Experience working within technology, digital systems, or enterprise environments will be considered an advantage.
