Role Purpose

Business Analysis and Transformation

• Review deliverables from domain-led transformation initiatives to support successful execution.
• Review forecasting models, cost-benefit analyses, and alternative process methodologies used in benchmarking and analysis.
• Plan and forecast strategies across enterprise engagements to promote consistency and scalability.
• Lead domain optimization and solution programs with a focus on governance, quality, and client value.

Team and Documentation Leadership

• Conduct performance reviews, facilitate professional development, and mentor consultants.
• Review and approve technical documentation for functional accuracy, completeness, and alignment with standards.
• Guide teams in maintaining consistency, clarity, and quality across deliverables.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear communication materials aligned with business objectives.

Financial and Commercial Growth

• Monitor project financials, optimize resource utilization, and maintain defined margin targets.
• Identify opportunities in existing accounts and participate in request-for-proposal discussions.
• Create whitepapers, reusable frameworks, and knowledge assets while promoting best practices and innovative approaches.

Mandatory Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience.
• Consumer goods and digital transformation expertise.
