Lead Business Analyst

Role Purpose

Areas of Responsibility

• Review transformation deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Review forecasting models and cost-benefit analyses and define alternative process methodologies.
• Plan and forecast strategies across enterprise engagements for consistency and scalability.
• Lead domain optimization and solution programs for governance, quality, and client value.
• Conduct performance reviews, support professional development, and mentor consultants.
• Review and approve technical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and standards alignment.
• Guide teams in producing consistent, clear, and high-quality deliverables.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear communication materials.
• Monitor project financials, resource utilization, and margin targets.
• Identify opportunities in existing accounts and participate in RFP discussions.
• Create whitepapers, reusable frameworks, and knowledge assets.

Mandatory Requirements

• Eight to ten years of experience is required.
• Consumer goods digital transformation experience is mandatory.
• The role requires independent decision-making within the assigned domain.
• The role includes reviewing deliverables and managing team performance evaluations.
