Job Description
Lead the design, development, and implementation of BPM and workflow automation solutions.
Focus on scalable process orchestration with Camunda 7 and Camunda 8 while ensuring integration, governance, technical quality, and business alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead BPM and workflow automation projects from concept through development, testing, and production.
- Design Camunda 7 and Camunda 8 BPM and workflow automation solutions.
- Define technical architecture and integration strategies for workflow automation.
- Develop process orchestration solutions integrated with enterprise systems.
- Lead migrations between BPM platforms and support existing workflow transitions.
- Review technical designs, development approaches, and code quality.
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance and training.
- Analyze, optimize, and automate business processes with stakeholders.
- Maintain BPM governance, standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Maintain technical documentation for enhancements and releases.
- Work within the full Software Development Life Cycle.
- Design databases, develop SQL queries, troubleshoot issues, and improve workflow performance and stability.
