Role overview
Genpact is hiring a Lead Associate in Controllership focused on order-to-cash operations.
The role supports order execution, operational reporting, customer onboarding, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing, including order entry, validation, and fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and resolve issues with customers, sales, and supply chain stakeholders.
- Maintain order records and comply with company, audit, SLA, KPI, and compliance requirements.
- Support order scheduling, backlog management, and delivery tracking.
- Resolve order discrepancies, pricing issues, master data concerns, and billing queries.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Support automation, system enhancements, customer onboarding, and process improvement.
- Prepare operational reports and analyze order management metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, economics, or finance, or a master’s degree in finance.
- Accounts Payable Certification and Certified Public Accountant certifications are listed in the source qualifications.
