Architectural Design Development and Oversight:
Oversees the design process for both greenfield and brownfield architectural projects, ensuring that designs align with the airport's strategic goals and enhance the surrounding urban landscape.
Oversee the creation of innovative design concepts by integrating sustainable and modern design principles that improve the overall aesthetic and functionality of the airport.
Project Drawing Review and Issuance:
Review architectural plans, drawings, and specifications at each stage of design, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
Issue final drawings for construction (GFC) after extensive reviews with Section Head, ensuring alignment between the design brief and the project execution.
Consultant Management:
Engage and collaborate with external design consultants, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) and LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) are advantageous. Certifications available in India include NICMAR’s Project Management Certification and IGBC’s Accredited Professional Certification.
Work Experience:
12-15 years of experience in architectural design, preferably with exposure to city-side or large-scale development projects, mixed use development, hotels, retail mall, offices, convention centres, terminals and ATC.
