The Lab Leader owns SIA's LAB division and its internal products: Agile+, MIRE, and Common Sense.

The role combines product vision, software delivery quality, developer coaching, and promotion of LAB services.

The position works across all SIA studios and delivery teams rather than being attached to one studio.

Define and evolve product vision, roadmaps, reusable components, and best practices for LAB products.
Ensure LAB quality standards and development processes translate into client deliverables.
Coach developers across studios, support onboarding, and guide SDLC evolution toward higher-value practices.
Manage product prioritization, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Contribute to R&D, intellectual property, demos, proposals, RFPs, networking, and marketplace promotion.
Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and maintain awareness of relevant tools, methodologies, and technologies.
Own LAB outcomes and support studio teams in achieving quality goals without taking over their work.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
6 to 10 years of experience in enterprise application development.
