- Lead the launch, daily operations, and continuous upgrade of the new TPE and Plasmapheresis department.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine suitability for TPE, plasma filtration, and regenerative protocols.
- Design and oversee personalized Therapeutic Plasma Exchange protocols (specifically focusing on albumin replacement therapies).
- Supervise procedures, manage any treatment related complications, and ensure the highest standards of patient safety.
- Work closely with a global multidisciplinary team to integrate apheresis with orthomolecular, regenerative, and longevity medicine therapies.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure strict compliance with international GMP and clinical excellence standards.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification/specialist qualification in Nephrology, Intensive Care/Critical Care, Hematology, Transfusion Medicine, or Internal Medicine
- Proven, hands on clinical experience with Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE), membrane/centrifugal apheresis, CRRT, or other extracorporeal blood purification systems
- Deep understanding of albumin replacement protocols and fluid balance management
- Strong clinical decision making skills and excellent bedside manner for a premium patient demographic
- Fluent English (essential)

Key Responsibilities

- Experience in treating autoimmune, neurological, and severe inflammatory conditions.
