Lead Analytics Engineer, AI Enablement (Remote)

An expert data or analytics engineer (typically 8+ years) who has designed and built data platforms.

Strong data engineering with SQL and Python: pipelines, data modeling, and integrating structured and unstructured data.

Experience evaluating, choosing, and standing up data infrastructure.

Advanced problem-solving and communication; excited to work with other engineering teams and business stakeholders who are your internal customers.

Use AI coding agents effectively in your day-to-day work, with the judgment to know when to use them and when not to.

Building data pipelines for LLM-powered applications (RAG, embeddings, vector stores).

Working with documents and unstructured data at scale (object storage, data lakes).

Orchestration with Dagster or Airflow.
