Analytics and Business Intelligence
- Design and maintain scalable analytics solutions using very large and complex datasets.
- Analyze VINs, warranty claims, dealer repair records, recall information, and customer data.
- Develop Qlik Sense dashboards covering recall completion, dealer performance, campaign effectiveness, and compliance.
- Create executive dashboards, operational reports, and performance metrics.
- Translate analytical findings into practical recommendations and perform root cause analysis.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities using advanced or predictive analytics.
Data Engineering and Integration
- Design and maintain ETL and ELT pipelines integrating multiple enterprise systems.
- Support secure integrations between Ford enterprise systems and Dealer Management Systems.
- Develop secure API integrations and enterprise data interfaces.
- Monitor data quality, investigate anomalies, and implement data integrity controls.
- Automate reporting and analytical workflows to reduce manual effort.
- Improve the performance, scalability, and resilience of analytics and integration platforms.
