Lead Analog Validation Engineer

Develop RF validation board, schematics and layout, matching it with customer use-case & applications.

Partner with domains including Analog design, RF design, modem design, PTE, SoC and digital teams

Define the Validation Strategy in terms of Hardware, Software and Instrumentation.

Bring the device on the bench; Perform system level and parametric test on the bench with a strong break-the-part mentality.

Team leading skillset along with mentoring and guiding junior engineers in the team.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in validation engineering of analog products

Demonstrates hardware debugging skills.

Schematic and PCB layout design in Altium/Allegro.

Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes

Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions

Ability to take the initiative and drive for results

Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
