Role Overview
The role is a Lead AI/ML Engineer focused on designing, building, and deploying production-grade Generative AI and LLM-based systems.
The position requires strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM development, and end-to-end AI architecture.
Role Focus
- Design and deploy LLM-powered applications using GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral, or comparable models.
- Build conversational agents, copilots, and multi-agent workflows.
- Architect RAG pipelines, prompt strategies, and tool or function calling.
- Develop scalable Python backends with FastAPI, asynchronous APIs, and vector database integrations.
- Deploy solutions on AWS using Lambda, ECS/EKS, Bedrock, SageMaker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on enterprise-ready GenAI solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong hands-on Generative AI and LLM development experience.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
- Solid Python engineering skills with microservices experience.
- Proven ability to design end-to-end GenAI architectures.
- Cloud-native deployment experience, with AWS preferred.
