The Lead AI Engineer – Agentic Systems will design, build, and optimize advanced agentic AI systems that power intelligent automation, decision making, and personalized customer experiences.
In this full time remote role, the individual will translate business requirements into technical architectures, develop and integrate machine learning models, and implement scalable software solutions across the company’s AI and growth platforms.
Day to day responsibilities include leading end to end development of agentic workflows, collaborating with data scientists, developers, and growth strategists, and ensuring systems are robust, secure, and production ready.
The role also involves evaluating new AI frameworks and tools, improving model performance, documenting best practices, and mentoring team members to raise engineering standards and innovation across projects.

Candidates should possess strong foundations in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, API design, and scalable system architecture.
Candidates should possess skills in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, with experience building and optimizing deep learning models for real world applications.
Candidates should possess expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including model fine tuning, conversational agents, and text analytics for business use cases.
Candidates should possess proficiency in modern AI/ML tooling (e.g., Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, vector databases, orchestration frameworks) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Candidates should possess experience leading AI projects end to end, from problem definition and data preparation to deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement.
Candidates should possess strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross functional environment.
Relevant academic background such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
Experience in agentic AI systems, AI driven business transformation, or digital marketing optimization in sectors such as technology, cybersecurity, or e commerce is an advantage.
