Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop AI and machine learning solutions for client business requirements and challenges.
• Build machine learning models and proof-of-concept prototypes.
• Scale AI models into production across cloud platforms using GenAI.
• Analyze and resolve architectural issues with engineering, data science, and operations teams.
• Evaluate machine learning use cases, perform statistical analysis, and improve models.
• Train and retrain machine learning systems in real-world situations.
• Design, implement, and manage GenAI solutions with service-line teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical GenAI solutions and ensure outputs are contextually relevant.

Technical skills

• Excellent Python knowledge and working knowledge of SQL are required.
• The role requires knowledge of LLMs, GenAI, Agentic AI, retrieval-augmented generation, and related technologies such as Azure OpenAI and LangChain.
• Experience with AI/ML architecture, deep learning, and advanced NLP techniques is required.
• Experience with Rasa or another chatbot interface is required.
