Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Lead AI & Data Developer specializing in forecasting.
The role involves designing and building scalable data pipelines, developing and optimizing forecasting models, and implementing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
The developer will also focus on data modeling, managing data warehousing systems, and driving insights using advanced data analytics.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making is a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Data Engineering, including building and maintaining scalable and efficient data pipelines
- Experience with Data Modeling and the design of schemas for effective data storage and retrieval
- Expertise in Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes and techniques
- Proven skills in Data Warehousing and managing large-scale data storage systems
- Strong background in Data Analytics for extracting actionable insights from complex datasets
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges
- Experience with forecasting models and performance evaluation frameworks is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus
- Knowledge of Y Combinator’s ecosystem or similar startup accelerators is advantageous
