PMP Strategy is an international strategy consulting firm combining strategic advisory, technology, data, and AI expertise.
Agentix Studio is the firm's data and AI delivery team, designing and delivering business applications, AI solutions, and agentic systems.
The team is strengthening software engineering capabilities to turn POCs and MVPs into robust, scalable, and maintainable production products.
The Role
The Lead Software and DevOps Engineer will help convert POCs and MVPs into production-grade software products.
The role leads software delivery, deployment, operations, maintenance, and selected areas of engineering execution and product delivery.
The CTO retains responsibility for overall technology architecture, infrastructure strategy, product roadmap, use-case roadmap, and overall technical direction.
Production Software and DevOps
- Design and implement software components, services, MCP/API integrations, workflows, and agentic applications.
- Industrialize POCs and MVPs across architecture, code quality, security, performance, scalability, and resilience.
- Establish practices for testing, versioning, CI/CD, release management, deployment, monitoring, and documentation.
- Support client deployments, go-live, handover, incident diagnosis, reliability, technical debt, model upgrades, and security updates.
- Coach data engineers on software engineering, DevOps, and production practices.
Agentic Engineering Capability
- Define standards for agent-assisted software development and establish reusable templates, repository structures, context files, and workflows.
- Help teams use Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, Devin, GitHub Copilot, Aider, or equivalent tools.
- Design agentic coding pipelines for planning, implementation, code review, testing, and documentation.
- Define human review, quality gates, orchestration, tool use, MCP integration, workflow automation, observability, and cost control patterns.
Client Software Lifecycle
- Assess how clients design, build, test, review, and deploy software and identify opportunities for safe agentic coding.
- Design workflows combining developers, coding agents, and human quality gates.
- Help clients select and configure coding tools and models and define standards for context engineering, code review, testing, and agent governance.
- Coach client developers and technical leads and contribute to recommendations, workshops, and executive presentations.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 7 to 8 years of professional software engineering experience with significant production delivery.
- Strong software delivery, DevOps, platform, testing, CI/CD, cloud, containers, infrastructure as code, observability, and secure deployment experience.
- Recent meaningful experience with agentic coding or agentic software development pipelines.
- Experience delivering AI-powered or agentic applications into production.
- Full professional fluency in written and spoken English.
- Consulting, technology consulting, professional services, or another highly client-facing background is close to essential.
