Lead Agentic AI Engineer role supporting a global technology transformation programme.
The role leads development of production-grade Agentic AI for manufacturing and production operations worldwide.

Compensation
- Compensation is listed as €800-€850 per day.
Workplace

Core Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of Agentic AI across a global manufacturing operation.
- Take next-generation AI solutions from concept through production.
- Design and develop agentic and multi-agent architectures using Python, LangGraph, LangChain, or comparable technologies.
- Build workflows with planning, state management, memory, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, and human-in-the-loop capabilities.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, databases, documents, knowledge sources, and other business systems.
- Own architecture, development, testing, evaluation, deployment, and production launch.
Required Experience
- Strong professional experience building production-grade software with Python.
- Proven commercial experience developing Agentic AI or autonomous AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or comparable agent orchestration frameworks.
- Track record of shipping AI products end-to-end into production, not only prototypes or research projects.
