As a Lead Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be responsible for leading the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) team responsible for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs within the Engines & Power Systems sub business unit.
You will drive the successful implementation of new products from proposal into full rate production, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer requirements.
You will report directly to our Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of NPI programs by collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing manufacturing processes, guiding and providing technical oversight to team members.
