Role purpose
The Lead Administrator L2 oversees incident management, defines monitoring protocols, supports system resilience, manages client expectations, and supervises team performance.
The role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Incident and service management
- Triage and resolve tickets and establish incident monitoring protocols.
- Provide technical guidance to enable permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Review SLA performance across the team and ensure consistent delivery quality.
Production support and improvement
- Collaborate with technical teams on production support activities, incident resolution, efficient deployments, and changes.
- Review mitigation measures and proposed improvement actions.
Resilience and recovery
- Develop disaster recovery and data backup plans to ensure system resilience and quick restoration during disruptions.
