Role Purpose
Oversee the incident management process and define monitoring protocols.
Ensure system resilience, manage client expectations, and supervise team performance for efficient service delivery.
Areas of Responsibility
- Triage and resolve tickets while establishing incident monitoring protocols and guiding permanent fixes.
- Review SLA performance across the team and represent the function in meetings.
- Collaborate with technical teams on production support, incident resolution, deployments, and changes.
- Review mitigation measures and proposed system improvement actions.
- Develop disaster recovery and data backup plans for resilience and quick restoration.
- Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews, manage client expectations, and align delivery with business objectives.
- Supervise team members, oversee daily operations, conduct performance appraisals, and provide feedback.
- Maintain documentation for complex issues, share best practices, and support continuous learning.
Mandatory Qualification
- Mandatory skills: DCTS Wintel Consulting.
- Experience: 8–10 years.
