About the Role
- Do you want to focus your work on tax planning and related corporate law?
- We advise clients on restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law.
- As a graduate, you will work alongside an experienced lawyer/tax advisor and benefit from their experience and expertise.
Range of Activities
- Advise our clients on specific legal issues in these areas and help expand our legal services.
- Prepare expert opinions, presentations, and advise clients.
- Draft company agreements, conversion documents, (company) purchase agreements and prepare the corresponding shareholder resolutions.
- Coordinate contracts with our cooperating notaries and handle tax court and civil court proceedings.
Expertise & Experience
- Successfully completed law studies.
- Ideally focused university studies and legal traineeship on tax law and/or corporate law.
- Aiming to become a specialist lawyer in commercial and corporate law and/or tax law.
- Able to create contracts, expert opinions and presentations independently.
- Word, Excel and PowerPoint are second nature to you.
