Mayyar United Company for Support Services (MUC اتحاد ميار) is a limited liability company in Saudi Arabia specializing in life support services, catering and hospitality, and workplaces and facilities management.
The company operates according to international standards to enhance the working environment of its diverse client base.

This is a full time, on site Lawyer role based in the Riyadh Region.
The Lawyer will provide legal advice on contracts, service agreements, and commercial transactions related to life support, catering, hospitality, and facilities management.
Daily responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with Saudi laws and regulations, and coordinating with internal departments to mitigate legal risk.
The role also involves managing disputes, supporting negotiations with clients and vendors, and maintaining accurate legal records and documentation.
The Lawyer will collaborate with management to develop policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and the company’s strategic objectives.

Strong knowledge of Saudi commercial, labor, and contract law, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant regulations to service and facilities management operations.
Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, policies, and legal correspondence in clear, precise language.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to assess legal risks and propose practical, business oriented solutions.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross functional teams and present legal opinions to non legal stakeholders.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail in handling sensitive legal matters and company information.
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); a license to practice law in Saudi Arabia or eligibility for local bar registration is preferred.
Prior experience in corporate or commercial law; experience in hospitality, facilities management, or support services is an advantage.
Fluency in Arabic and good command of English (written and spoken) to handle bilingual contracts and communications.
