The Lawyer will provide legal consultation and representation to clients, handling a range of cases and matters in corporate, commercial, and individual legal domains.
Day to day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents, preparing case strategies, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with relevant Saudi laws and regulations.
The role involves attending client meetings, negotiating on behalf of clients, and representing them before courts and governmental authorities as needed.
The Lawyer will collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver integrated legal services and maintain accurate case files and documentation.
This is a full time, on site role based in Jiddah.

Strong legal research, analytical reasoning, and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply Saudi laws and regulations.
Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, legal memoranda, and other legal documents with attention to detail.
Experience in client advisory work, including providing clear legal opinions, managing client expectations, and maintaining professional relationships.
Effective communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and verbal, including the ability to present arguments and explain complex legal issues clearly.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia, with a bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department; experience with complex commercial or litigation matters is an advantage.
High ethical standards, professional integrity, and commitment to confidentiality and client focused service.
Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with legal research databases and standard office software.
