Role Description
- The Lawyer will provide legal consultation and representation to clients, handling a range of cases and matters in corporate, commercial, and individual legal domains.
- Day to day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents, preparing case strategies, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with relevant Saudi laws and regulations.
- The role involves attending client meetings, negotiating on behalf of clients, and representing them before courts and governmental authorities as needed.
- The Lawyer will collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver integrated legal services and maintain accurate case files and documentation.
- This is a full time, on site role based in Jiddah.
Qualifications
- Strong legal research, analytical reasoning, and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply Saudi laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, legal memoranda, and other legal documents with attention to detail.
- Experience in client advisory work, including providing clear legal opinions, managing client expectations, and maintaining professional relationships.
- Effective communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and verbal, including the ability to present arguments and explain complex legal issues clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
- Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia, with a bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department; experience with complex commercial or litigation matters is an advantage.
- High ethical standards, professional integrity, and commitment to confidentiality and client focused service.
- Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with legal research databases and standard office software.
