Responsibilities
- Handle litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters before Saudi courts, tribunals, and judicial committees
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documents
- Conduct detailed contract reviews, identify legal and commercial risks, and propose practical solutions
- Prepare, review, and manage contract mark ups and track changes during negotiations
- Lead contract comment resolution processes and participate in negotiations with counterparties
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda, opinions, and advisory work
- Manage client matters independently while working closely with partners on sophisticated assignments
- Attend hearings, client meetings, negotiations, and strategy discussions
- Support corporate, commercial, regulatory, and transactional matters as required
- Ensure contractual and advisory work complies with applicable Saudi laws and regulations
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and legal judgment
- Contribute to client development and long term relationship management
Requirements
- Licensed lawyer in Saudi Arabia
- 3–8 years of relevant post qualification experience
- Strong command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken
- Proven experience in litigation, commercial disputes, contract review, or corporate advisory work
- Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
- Strong drafting, analytical, and client management skills

Qualifications – Associate Lawyer
- Licensed lawyer in Saudi Arabia.
- 3–8 years of relevant post qualification experience.
- Strong command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in litigation, commercial disputes, contract review, or corporate advisory work.
- Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and client management skills.
- Experience working with international clients or cross border matters is an advantage.
Qualifications – Junior Associate / Trainee Lawyer
- 1–2 years of legal experience or training experience.
- Law degree from a recognized university.
- Strong command of Arabic and English.
- Excellent legal research and drafting skills.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Interest in litigation, arbitration, corporate, and commercial practice.
- Ability to work in a fast paced professional environment.
