Responsibilities
- Handle legal matters related to UAE
- Coordinate with external advocates, legal consultants, and government authorities
- Prepare legal opinions, memorandums, legal notices, and official correspondence
- Assist in case preparation, legal documentation, and follow up
- Draft, review, and amend Powers of Attorney, Commercial Agreements, Employment Contracts, Service Agreements, MOUs, Legal Notices, Settlement Agreements
- Ensure all legal documents comply with UAE laws and regulations
- Provide legal advice on contractual and corporate matters
- Manage the company's legal communication platforms, including WhatsApp Business and other social media
- Create and publish professional legal content in Arabic and English
- Respond to client inquiries and provide preliminary legal guidance through approved communication channels
Requirements
- Experience handling legal matters related to UAE
- Ability to draft, review, and amend legal documents (POA, commercial agreements, employment contracts, etc.)
- Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
