Role Overview

The Law Enforcement Specialist serves as a key point of contact for UAE law enforcement agencies, regulators, and government authorities.

The role coordinates responses to authorized requests for user, transaction, and other information in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Receive, assess, and coordinate responses to requests from authorized law enforcement agencies, including requests involving user and transaction information.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with UAE law enforcement agencies, regulators, and government stakeholders.
Work with Legal, Compliance, Investigations, Security, Risk, and Operations teams to assess requests and coordinate timely responses.
Review and validate requests to confirm that they contain appropriate information and a legal basis.
Coordinate the collection, preservation, and secure disclosure of relevant information and data in response to valid requests.
Maintain accurate records of requests, responses, correspondence, and relevant case information.
Support investigations involving fraud, financial crime, money laundering, sanctions, cybercrime, and other illicit activity.

Requirements

Experience coordinating with UAE law enforcement agencies, regulators, or government authorities.
Ability to assess law enforcement requests for appropriate information and legal basis.
Ability to coordinate the secure collection, preservation, and disclosure of relevant information and data.
Ability to maintain accurate records of requests, responses, correspondence, and case information.
