Role Overview

About the Hotel

Daily Responsibilities

• Oversee linen room standards, shift opening and closing, handovers, key distribution, and task allocation.
• Manage department calls, employee grievances, shift briefings, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure uniforms and hotel linen are processed, inspected, stored, and delivered on time.
• Liaise with Housekeeping regarding guest and hotel requirements.
• Prioritize VIP or difficult guest requests and manage special guest requests.
• Maintain knowledge of laundry systems, room types, layouts, facilities, and hotel information.
• Supervise storage areas, maintain stock levels, conduct inventories, and coordinate equipment servicing.
• Work with management on budgets, financial targets, recycling, and cost-saving measures.
• Build positive relationships with guests and colleagues and provide information about hotel services and events.
• Manage outsourced laundry and ensure uniforms meet required standards.

• At least one year of experience in a similar five-star hotel environment.
