Full-time, on-site laundry operations role at ER Laundry in Sharjah.
The role oversees daily laundry operations, staff management, quality control, inventory, and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily laundry and dry-cleaning operations and supervise production teams.
- Maintain garment quality and finishing standards across washing, dry cleaning, pressing, spotting, and garment-care processes.
- Handle delicate and high-value garments appropriately.
- Manage staff productivity, schedules, and training.
- Control operational costs, chemicals, supplies, and equipment usage.
- Resolve garment-care quality issues and customer complaints.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in laundry operations, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong hands-on experience and technical knowledge in dry cleaning is essential.
- Good knowledge of fabrics, stains, chemicals, washing programs, pressing, and garment care.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and quality-control skills.
- Experience in a commercial or professional laundry environment is preferred.
