Position Summary

Support hotel housekeeping and guest environment operations.

Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of hotel spaces while helping create a positive guest experience.

Perform hands-on work and move throughout assigned hotel areas.

Responsibilities

  • Clean rooms and public spaces.
  • Respond to guest requests.
  • Stock housekeeping carts and supplies.
  • Maintain hotel appearance and cleanliness.
  • Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle guest belongings responsibly.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested.

Work Requirements

  • Remain on the feet and move around for extended periods as needed.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Maintain professional appearance and communications.

Workplace

  • The position is based at the hotel in Dubai and is not remote.
