- Strong technical skills working with Laser devices
- Relevant certification or diploma in laser therapy, aesthetic medicine, or dermatology related field
- Experience in a dermatology, medical aesthetic, or beauty clinic setting
- Fluency in English

Role Description
- The Laser Technician is a full time, on site role based at our clinic in Dubai.
- This role involves performing laser hair removal and other laser based skin treatments in accordance with clinic protocols and safety standards.
- The Laser Technician will assess patient needs, explain procedures, obtain informed consent, and maintain accurate treatment records.
- Daily tasks include preparing and calibrating laser equipment, monitoring patient response, and providing post treatment guidance and follow up care.
- The role also requires collaborating with dermatologists and other clinic staff, supporting excellent patient experiences, and maintaining a clean, organized treatment environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in Hair Removal and Laser Hair Removal techniques, with a focus on different skin types and hair densities.
- Strong technical skills working with Laser devices, including safe operation, basic troubleshooting, and adherence to laser safety protocols.
- Ability to deliver high quality Customer Service, including clear communication, empathy, and professional bedside manner.
- Relevant certification or diploma in laser therapy, aesthetic medicine, or dermatology related field; eligibility to practice in Dubai/UAE as per local regulations.
- Experience in a dermatology, medical aesthetic, or beauty clinic setting, preferably in laser based treatments.
- Attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and commitment to infection control and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and manage a full time patient schedule on site.
- Fluency in English
