Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sharjah for a Laser Operator Assistant.
The Laser Operator Assistant will assist in machine setup, operation, and continuous monitoring of laser equipment for cutting metal components.
Responsibilities include maintaining high-quality production standards, conducting routine quality checks, and ensuring that operations comply with safety and manufacturing protocols.
Daily tasks may also involve preparing raw materials, documenting production details, and collaborating with the operations team to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Machine Operation and Laser operations
- Knowledge of Laser Cutting techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with Quality Control and attention to detail in production processes
- Basic understanding of Operations Management principles
- Ability to follow technical instructions and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Prior experience in metal fabrication or related industries is a plus
- Technical certification or diploma in a relevant field preferred
