- Diagnose and repair laptop hardware and software issues
- Install and upgrade operating systems, drivers, and software
- Replace laptop parts such as screens, keyboards, batteries, SSDs, etc.
- Perform troubleshooting for Windows and basic networking issues
- Handle customer devices professionally and provide technical support
- Maintain repair records and coordinate with the team
Requirements
- Experience in laptop repair and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems
- Ability to identify and solve technical issues efficiently
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Mobile phone repair knowledge is an added advantage
