About the Role
A computer and laptop repair shop in Al Nahda, Sharjah is looking for an experienced hardware technician to diagnose and repair laptops and desktops, perform chip-level repairs, install software, and handle customer devices.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair laptops and desktop computers (hardware and software faults)
- Replace and upgrade components such as screens, keyboards, batteries, RAM, SSD/HDD and motherboards
- Perform chip level / motherboard repair where possible
- Install operating systems, drivers and software; remove viruses
- Data recovery and backup for customers
- Handle customer devices at the counter, explain issues and provide repair estimates
- Keep the workshop organized and maintain repair records
Requirements
- 2+ years experience repairing laptops and desktops
- Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and component level repair
- Familiar with Windows and basic macOS; software installation and virus removal
- Good customer service manner
- Must be currently in the UAE with a valid or transferable visa
- Able to join immediately preferred
