Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair laptops, including screen replacement, battery replacement, keyboard repairs, and motherboard or chip level work
- Install, test, and troubleshoot Multi Functional Printers (MFPs) and standard printers
- Install and configure Windows OS, software applications, and network drivers
- Order and replace toner, cartridges, and spare parts; maintain maintenance logs
Requirements
- Experience in chip level diagnosing and repairing laptops (screen, battery, keyboard, motherboard)
- Experience in installing, testing, and troubleshooting Multi Functional Printers (MFPs) and standard printers
- Ability to install and configure Windows OS, software applications, and network drivers
- Experience ordering and replacing toner, cartridges, and spare parts; maintaining maintenance logs
