Role Overview
Coordinate and drive successful execution of multiple landscape projects from project handover through completion.
Own follow-through and execution across people, vendors, materials, timelines, site activities, and client communication.
Core Requirements
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Comfort managing multiple sites, contractors, vendors, and material procurement.
- Good Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to follow tasks independently from initiation to completion.
- Landscape knowledge is desirable but not mandatory.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects from approval to completion.
- Coordinate designers, vendors, contractors, and horticulture teams.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate procurement, material deliveries, and site requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor execution and quality.
- Identify delays and issues and proactively resolve them.
- Maintain project trackers, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate routine client communication and site updates.
