The client is developing and maintaining a large landscaped estate in Riyadh.
The role owns landscape plan delivery and year-round operation and maintenance of the estate's planted areas and irrigation network.
The manager reports to estate management, leads the site team and contractors, and holds the O&M budget.
What you will own
- Deliver landscape and planting plans through phased programmes, contractor and nursery management, installation, handover, and quality sign-off.
- Manage the annual maintenance calendar for pruning, fertilisation, pest and disease control, turf, palms, trees, and seasonal planting.
- Manage the irrigation network from water source through pumps, filtration, controllers, drip systems, and sprinkler zones.
- Run irrigation for water efficiency and provide fast fault response.
- Lead the site team and contractors through daily plans, productivity, safety, and SLAs.
- Manage the O&M budget for plant stock, fertilisers, chemicals, equipment, spares, and procurement.
- Manage pesticide, MEWA, municipality, and site HSE compliance.
- Report weekly and monthly on progress, plant health, water use, and cost.
What you bring
- Degree in agricultural engineering, horticulture, or landscape architecture.
- At least 8 years across landscape construction and maintenance, including at least 3 years running a large site or maintenance contract.
- Relevant large-site experience may include private estates, compounds, resorts, municipal parks, or giga-project landscaping.
- Hands-on irrigation experience in arid conditions and knowledge of species suited to Riyadh summers.
- Track record leading crews and contractors and holding a budget.
- Arabic and English are required; Urdu or Hindi is useful with site crews.
- KSA driving licence.
- Saudi Council of Engineers accreditation or eligibility for it is an advantage.
