Role Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships while demonstrating a proactive attitude.
- Monitor work progress and performance, take corrective action, and report irregularities to the landscape manager.
- Supervise landscape and irrigation activities, complaints, and rectification work at sites.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly team targets and monitor productivity.
- Visit sites regularly, update operational schedules, and maintain contractual quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance on plant choices, sourcing, work methods, equipment, techniques, and results analysis.
- Prepare high-standard irrigation drawings and ensure they meet project deadlines.
- Ensure irrigation systems are installed according to designs and specifications.
- Ensure pest and disease control follows UAE laws and manufacturer instructions.
- Maintain machinery and equipment in operational condition and report repairs or changes.
- Assist with BOQ preparation and procurement of quality materials.
- Manage employee relations, timesheets, attendance, uniforms, and health and safety compliance.
Technical Qualifications
- Possess in-depth knowledge of plant physiology, soil science, and plant nutrition.
- Provide technical guidance concerning plant choices, sourcing, work methods, equipment, techniques, and results analysis.
- Ensure irrigation drawings meet project standards and deadlines.
- Ensure irrigation systems are installed according to designs and specifications.
- Ensure pest and disease control follows UAE laws and manufacturer instructions.
