Landscape Construction Technician (with 2+ years experience)

Spring is here, a nd we’ve got a full season of high-quality builds lined up .

We’re looking for driven landscapers or tradespeople who want to step up, build great work, and move toward leadership.

This is hands-on landscape construction: installing patios, retaining walls, decks, fences as well as softscape elements.

If you like working hard, improving your skills, and taking on more responsibility, you’ll fit in here.

What you’ll be doing

• Building patios, walkways, retaining walls, decks, and fences
• Operating equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.)
• Reading plans and executing work to spec
• Working with a crew to hit production targets
• Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and safe
• Winterwork is primarily includes snow and ice management.

• Winter (snow removal) work available
• High-quality projects (not rushed, done right)
• Strong, reliable crew
• Clear path to Crew Lead / Foreman
• Ongoing training + skill development
• Good equipment + organized systems

You’re a good fit if you:

• Have strong experience in landscaping or a closely related trade
• Take pride in clean, accurate work
• Can run equipment confidently
• Work well with a crew and keep things moving
• Want to grow into a leadership role over time

• 2+ years in landscaping (hardscape + softscape) or similar trade
• Equipment experience (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Physically capable of full days outdoors
