- Creating and maintaining BIM models that accurately represent the design intent and meet project specifications
- Collaborating with project stakeholders
- Troubleshooting BIM issues
- Follow the BIM standards
- Understanding project requirements and objectives and developing a BIM model accordingly
- Participate in project meetings to provide insights and updates on model progress, clash detections, and coordination efforts
- Extract and compile quantities and cost estimates from BIM models to support procurement and budgeting

- 5 years of experience working in the UAE
Duties & Responsibilities
