Job Summary
The role supports the design and development of landscape projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
The position covers design documentation, multidisciplinary coordination, and landscape solutions from concept through execution.
The role requires at least 3 years of professional experience and hands-on expertise in Revit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop landscape designs from concept through schematic and detailed design stages using Revit.
- Prepare 3D models, construction drawings, planting layouts, grading plans, and details.
- Coordinate with architects, urban planners, civil engineers, and MEP teams.
- Produce BOQs, technical specifications, and presentation drawings.
- Incorporate sustainable and environmentally responsible design practices.
- Ensure drawings comply with local bylaws, codes, and client requirements.
- Participate in design reviews and client presentations.
- Support site coordination and respond to execution-stage queries.
- Maintain organized Revit models and drawing standards.
