Responsibilities
- Develop landscape concepts, master plans, detailed designs, and technical drawings
- Prepare landscape presentations, mood boards, planting strategies, and design documentation
- Ensure designs comply with applicable GCC regulations and project requirements
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Participate in project planning, design reviews, and technical discussions
- Develop innovative outdoor environments that balance aesthetics, functionality, sustainability, and user experience
- Manage project deliverables within agreed timelines and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design, or related field
- Above average landscape design and technical detailing skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high quality landscape architecture projects
- Experience working on residential, commercial, hospitality, public realm, mixed use, or large scale master planning projects
- Familiarity with landscape design standards, municipality requirements, and construction regulations across GCC countries
- Strong understanding of hardscape, softscape, irrigation systems, planting design, site grading, and outdoor space planning
- Proficiency in landscape design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while coordinating with remote teams

Job Overview
- We are currently seeking a talented Landscape Architect to join our team and contribute to landscape design projects across the GCC region.
- This role is ideal for a highly capable landscape architect with strong design and visualization skills, technical knowledge, and experience working on projects that require compliance with GCC regulations, environmental considerations, and landscape design standards.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field.
- Above average landscape design and technical detailing skills.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high quality landscape architecture projects.
- Experience working on residential, commercial, hospitality, public realm, mixed use, or large scale master planning projects.
- Familiarity with landscape design standards, municipality requirements, and construction regulations across GCC countries.
